Joyce Berney, MD joined our Tigard clinic in 1988. She received her medical degree from the University of Washington in 1983, and completed a Family Practice residency at the University of California, Davis Medical Center in 1986. Dr. Berney is Board Certified in Family Practice.
Dr. Berney enjoys caring for patients of all ages, from infancy to the elderly. She is married and has three children (boy and girl twins now in college, and a teenage son). She enjoys playing the piano and singing, as well as reading and camping.

Susan Clack, MD joined the group in 1987 and currently practices at our Tigard clinic. She received her medical degree from OHSU in 1984 and completed a Family Practice residency at OHSU in 1987. Dr. Clack is Board Certified in Family Practice, with a special interest in women’s health.
Dr. Clack joined the Tigard clinic to work with many of her mentors and colleagues from OHSU and to be close to home. She grew up in the Molalla area in a farming community, and likes Tigard for its small, family ambiance. Daniel Graham, MD joined our Tigard clinic in 1980. He received his medical degree from OHSU in 1977, and completed a Family Practice residency at Riverside General Hospital, Riverside, CA in 1980, graduating as Chief Resident. Dr. Graham is Board Certified in Family Practice.
Dr. Graham’s main focus is the diagnosis and treatment of disease and preventative health care. His goal is to help his patients maintain optimal health.
Dr. Graham enjoys spending time with his wife and son, and is part of a large extended family in the Portland area. He enjoys gardening, running and traveling.

Michael Hortsch, MD joined our Tigard clinic in 1988. He received his medical degree at OHSU in 1985, and completed a Family Practice residency at San Joaquin General Hospital, Stockton, California in 1988. Dr. Hortsch is Board Certified in Family Practice.
Dr. Hortsch believes in working in partnership with his patients to enable them to make well-informed decisions about their health and treatment of illness. Dr. Hortsch serves on Pacific Medical Group’s Board of Directors and stays very involved in the improvement of services for his patients.
Dr. Hortsch has been married for over 20 years and has two children. His personal interests include outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, mountain climbing and tennis. He volunteers for Portland Mountain Rescue. He is the Medical Director of the Tigard Essential Health Clinic, a free clinic for the indigent.

Coral Nash, FNP joined the Tigard clinic April 2011. Coral earned a Masters of Nursing degree in August of 2008 after completing the Family Nurse Practitioner Specialty track at Seattle University. She became Board Certified in Family Practice in October 2008 by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and practiced for 2 years in a full-spectrum family practice clinic in Tacoma, Washington.
Coral chose Family Practice because she enjoys caring for people throughout their lifespan and treating the whole family. She also enjoys diagnosing and managing a wide variety of immediate and long-term health problems. Coral’s interests include women’s health, pediatrics, family planning, preventative care, diet and nutrition. Her goal is to develop long-lasting and trusting relationships which will positively influence change in a person’s life. She encourages patients to take an active role in their own healthcare. Lastly, Coral strives to provide care that is safe, compassionate and evidence-based.

Her hobbies include playing USTA league tennis (4.0 rating), kick-boxing, working-out, playing piano, reading, traveling, cooking and eating at locally-owned restaurants. Stephen Newberry, MD joined our Tigard clinic in 1991. He received his medical degree from OHSU in 1985, and completed a Family Practice residency at the University of CA-Irvine in 1988. Dr. Newberry is Board Certified in Family Practice. Currently, Dr. Newberry is serving our community as member of the Board of Directors at Legacy Health Systems.

Katrenka Rember, MD worked at our Tigard clinic from 1990-1993, then returned in 1999. She received her medical degree from OHSU in 1987, and completed a Family Practice residency there in 1990. Dr. Rember is Board Certified in Family Practice.
Dr. Rember has a passion for working with children and enjoys continuity of care for her patients from childhood through adulthood. She has a special interest in diabetic care. Also, as a cancer survivor, she has interest in helping cancer patients to cope with their disease as well as chemo side effects.
Dr. Rember enjoys working out regularly because of its physical, mental and emotional benefits. Other hobbies include skiing, reading, entertaining friends and cooking. Dr. Rember also enjoys traveling to deliver medical care to under served patients.

David Wills, MD joined our Tigard clinic in 1982, after a brief time of employment at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. He received his medical degree from OHSU in 1977 and continues an active teaching role at OHSU as an Associate Professor of Family Medicine. He completed a Family Practice residency at Santa Monica Medical Hospital Medical Center, Santa Monica, CA, in 1980. Dr. Wills is Board Certified in Family Practice.
Dr. Wills and his wife (an RN he met in medical school) have two children. One daughter has become the fourth generation to attend the OHSU School of Medicine. He continues to have particular interest in sports and preventive medicine. Dr. Wills states, “My goal is to be an educator for the patient, and to provide enough information to allow the patient to be an active participant in the decision that will affect his or her health and treatment”.

ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery
Erik D. Schoenberg, MD joined our Tigard clinic in 2010 on a part-time basis to provide on-site Ear, Nose & Throat services. He also provides the full range of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery services. Dr. Schoenberg is Board Certified in Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose & Throat) as well as Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
He received his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine in 1993 and completed his Residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey in 1998. He also completed a Fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in 1999. He has served as an Assistant Professor at OHSU since 2000.
In addition to his medical and surgical practice, Dr. Schoenberg works for the Face-to-Face program where he performs pro bono surgery for victims of domestic violence.
