Tanya Scheibe-Mirek, ANP joined the practice at Oregon City in March 2011. She received her Nurse Practitioner degree from Ohio State University in June 2010. She has worked as a nurse in the ICU for the past five years.

Tanya became Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as an Adult Nurse Practitioner September 2010. She chose Internal Medicine because she likes being able to treat a diverse patient population.

Tanya is married. She likes to spend free time reading, being outdoors, and spending time with family.

Kai Li, MD joined our Oregon City clinic in September 2006. He received his medical degree from Fujian Medical University, China in June 1992. He completed his residency at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine in Sioux Falls, SD in June 2006. He is a member of American Medical Association and Oregon Medical Association. He is bi-lingual and speaks Mandarin Chinese and English. Dr. Li is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He chose Internal Medicine because adult medicine is the science and art of human beings. It integrates diseases with multiple organs and systems. He believes that serving people is always challenging and fun.

Dr. Li enjoys outdoor activities and watching sports. He likes to spend his free time reading, exercising and spending time with his family.

Debra Todd, ANP/GNP joined our Oregon City clinic in 1999, after completing the Adult & Geriatric Nurse Practitioner program at OHSU. Debra is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She enjoys fishing, being outdoors, playing with her dogs and spending time with her family.

George Edwards, MD
joined our Oregon City clinic in 1977. He received his medical degree from the University of Oregon Medical School in 1974 and completed an Internal Medicine residency at Emanuel Hospital in 1977. Dr. Edwards’ hobbies include computers, photography, and landscaping. He is also active in his church and has done medical missionary work.

Lee Cordova, MD, FACP joined our Oregon City clinic in 1974. He received his medical degree from the University of Washington in 1968, and completed an Internal Medicine residency at the University of Washington in 1973. Dr. Cordova was Board Certified in Internal Medicine in 1973.

In 2007, Dr. Cordova received fellowship in the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Cordova is currently the Chair of the Medical Ethics Committee at Willamette Falls Hospital and has been Chair of the Department of Medicine and President of the Medical Staff. His professional interests include preventative medicine and geriatrics. He values his relationships with his patients and our clinic staff.

Dr. Cordova and his wife have three grown children and four grandchildren. He enjoys music, reading fiction, gardening, and playing with his rambunctious Golden Retriever.

Beginning March 1, 2011, Dr. Cordova will no longer be accepting new patients.
