Daniel Hughson, MD joined our Canby clinic in 1984. He received his medical degree from OHSU in 1981 and completed an Internal Medicine residency at Providence Medical Center in 1984.

Dr. Hughson states that his “loves in medicine include cardiology, gastroenterology, and preventative medicine.” He strives to provide the best and most compassionate care possible for his patients, feeling very fortunate to have become part of his patients’ families in the small community of Canby. He believes that listening and truly caring are required characteristics of a good physician. Dr. Hughson enjoys helping his peers and staff achieve success.

Dr. Hughson grew up in Milwaukie and has had family in Oregon since 1842. He and his wife, Kathy, have three grown children. He also enjoys playing soccer, kayaking, hiking…all outdoor activities. If weather requires him to stay indoors, he also enjoys piano, computers and photography.
Providers
Lynn Kadwell, DO joined our Canby clinic in 1974. He received his medical degree from the Chicago Osteopathic Medicine School in 1969 and completed a Family Practice internship at Mt. Clemens Osteopathic Hospital in Mt. Clemens, Missouri in 1970. Dr. Kadwell is Board Certified in Family Practice.

Dr. Kadwell considers being a physician a privilege and enjoys ministering to his many patients. "The best doctor truly has a heart for his patients."

Dr. Kadwell enjoys spending time with his wife of over 47 years, two sons, his grandson and granddaughter as well as other family members and friends. He enjoys playing golf, singing and playing the piano. Dr. Kadwell also participates in an annual medical mission for the children of Ensenada, Mexico.

M. Antonio Zenoniani, MD joined the Canby clinic in October 2006. He received his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine, Loma Linda, CA, in May 2000 and completed an Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency at University of Hawaii Residency Program, Honolulu, HI in 2006. He particularly enjoys following children from birth to teenage years.

Dr. Zenoniani enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two children. He also likes cooking and outdoor activities such as snow skiing, snowboarding, hiking, bicycling and surfing.

Dianne Blust, ANP joined our Canby clinic in 2009. She received a Masters of Science at OHSU School of Nursing, Specialty: Adult Nurse Practitioner in June 2001. She attended extra courses in Geriatrics and graduated with High Honors.

Dianne has an interest in menopausal symptom control with and without hormones, use of glucosamine and other natural medications, cutting edge (the latest and best) diabetic control to minimize long term complications, SIMPLE (livable) diets for diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol and as well as teaching patients how to have the best quality of life they can have.

In her free time, she likes to go up camping and fishing in the Cascades. Bird watching, gardening: especially flowers, hand crafts, singing (at church leading music), cooking for family, playing with her two cats, making her yard bird-friendly and safe from cats (hers and others), watching and tending hummingbirds year around and numerous finches, flickers, woodpeckers etc. Dianne also likes to read mysteries and other fiction to relax.
