Mia Foy, FNPFAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER Mia Foy, FNP joined the Oregon City clinic in June 2016. She received her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Washington State University in May 2005.
Mia became Board certified in June 2005 with the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She chose Family Practice as it allows her to care for all age groups but over the past 10 years Mia’s focus has been on adult health care to help manage their health care needs.
Mia enjoys spending time with her husband and family. In her spare time, Mia likes to travel, sew and read.
Kai Li, MDINTERNAL MEDICINE Dr. Li joined our Oregon City clinic in September 2006. He received his medical degree from Fujian Medical University, China in June 1992. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and speaks both Mandarin Chinese and English.
He completed his residency at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine in Sioux Falls, SD in June 2006. He is a member of American Medical Association and Oregon Medical Association. He chose Internal Medicine because adult medicine is the science and art of human beings. It integrates diseases with multiple organs and systems. He believes that serving people is always challenging and fun.
Dr. Li enjoys outdoor activities and watching sports. He likes to spend his free time reading, exercising and spending time with his family.
Nicholas Morales, ANPADULT NURSE PRACTITIONER Nicholas Morales, ANP joined the practice at Oregon City clinic in January 2017. He received his nurse practitioner degree from Brandman University, Irvine, CA in December 2015. Nicholas completed his residency at Hoag Hospital, Newport Beach CA, August 2015.
Nicholas became board certified in Adult Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in April 2016. He chose Internal Medicine because of the high acuity of patients a provider may encounter throughout his career.
Nicholas enjoys attending performances at the Oregon Symphony, watching old movies at the Northwest Film Center, and scuba diving. He likes to spend his free time reading, practicing on the piano and quality time with his family.
Debra Todd, ANPADULT NURSE PRACTITIONER Debra Todd joined our Oregon City clinic in 1999, after completing the Adult & Geriatric Nurse Practitioner program at OHSU. Debra is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
She enjoys fishing, being outdoors, playing with her dogs and spending time with her family.
