Medical Assistant (CMA)/Limited X-Ray Tech
Seeking an energetic, team orientated MA for our busy, growing family practice. Candidates MUST have an ACTIVE permanent Limited X-Ray permit. Full-time (35-40 hr/wk). Mon – Fri, plus some early evenings, and occasional half-day Sat. Clinic location:
Qualifications:
- 1+ yr MA/X-Ray experience in busy family or internal medicine clinical setting.
- AS MA degree, certification preferred, or equivalent training and experience
- ACTIVE PERMANENT LIMITED X-RAY PERMIT REQUIRED
- Basic phlebotomy and lab skills
- Aesthetics experience is a plus Computer literate, prior experience working with EMR software (i.e. Intergy) and other windows-based software.
- Able to accurately type 45 wpm.
- Stable work history, verifiable employment references
- CPR / First Aid Certification, preferred
- Competent and efficient with all aspect of MA clinical responsibilities
- Comfortable rooming 20 to 30 patients per day.
- Command of medical terminology and common medical abbreviations
- Strong written and verbal communication, grammar and spelling skills

- Able to manage patient flow to maximize providers efficiency
- Able to coordinate rooming of patients for more than one provider as a time, as needed.

- Positive, self-starter, who thrives on complementing provider and staff relationships
- Reliable, able of focus on details, process work accurately/timely with excellent follow through.
- Able to be relied on to work with limited supervision.
HR Specialist
HR Specialist needed for busy family medical practice HR team. 24 hrs per week (3 days) – more as workload requires. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Administration of benefits, credentialing of physicians and other medical staff, new hire processing, new hire orientation, job postings, assisting the manager with surveys & compensation projects, special events coordination, HRIS file maintenance, website maintenance, various clerical and admin tasks.
Qualifications:

2-3 years of benefits administration with open enrollment experience

Intermediate to advance skills with Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher, Crystal Reports

Full knowledge and prior experience administering FMLA/OFLA, W/C, HIPAA, OSHA

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Familiar with ABRA (preferred) or other HR databases
-
Experience processing physician credentials, desirable
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with focus in HR, PHR cert desirable.
