Human Resource Manager
 
Dynamic medical practice with multiple locations seeking Human Resource Manager. 
 
Minimal of 3 years active experience in healthcare. Position will oversee Human Resource functions including employee and provider relations; selection and retention of talent; benefit administration, provider recruitment and credentialing.

Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
Pacific Medical Group is seeking a full-time MLT for our large, busy family practice in Tigard.   Mon, Wed - Fri (10 am - 7 pm) and Sat (8:30 am - 2:30 pm).
 
Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently and accurately perform all diagnostic testing processes involved in quality patient care.
  • Drawing 30+ patients daily
  • Processing Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Microscopy, rapid kit tests
  • Report tests and Critical results
  • Track pending/outstanding tests
  • Perform Quality Control and assist with lab equipment maintenance
  • Observe and adhere to all CLIA/COLA standards and Good Laboratory Practices
  • Uphold all HIPAA confidentiality and security standards
  • Adhere to OSHA safety standards
 
Qualifications/Competencies:
  • 2 year associates degree as an MLT or as a Clinical Lab Technician (certified by ASCP or AMT)
  • Excellent phlebotomy skills (syringe and capillary)
  • Proficient with computers and Windows-based EMR software
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional attitude and positive work ethic; respectful and compassionate to patients and co-workers
  • Collaborative cooperative team player; adaptable and flexible

Medical Assistant w/Limited X-Ray
 
Seeking an energetic, team oriented MA for our busy, growing family practice.  Full-time (35-40 hr/wk).  Mon – Fri, plus some early evenings, and occasional half-day Sat. Clinic location: Beaverton. 
 
Applicants MUST have an ACTIVE permit with OBRT to be considered for this position. 
 
Qualifications:
  • 1+ yr MA/X-Ray experience in busy family or internal medicine clinical setting
  • Associates MA degree, MA certification or equivalent training and experience
  • Active, permanent Limited X-Ray Certification required
  • Ability to fluently read, write, speak and understand English
  • Basic phlebotomy and lab skills
  • Competent, proficient with windows base EMR software, as well as Word and Excel   
  • Able to accurately type 45 wpm
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Stable, verifiable work history
  • CPR / First Aid Certification
  • Competent and efficient with all aspect of MA clinical responsibilities
  • Comfortable rooming 20 to 30 patients per day
  • Command of medical terminology and common medical abbreviations
  • Strong written and verbal communication, grammar and spelling skills
  • Regularly participates in continuing education to maintain and improve knowledge/skills

Patient Service Representative
 
Seeking an energetic, team oriented Patient Service Rep for our busy, growing family practice. Full-time, (35-40hr/wk). Mon – Thurs, 10:00-7:00 and Sat 8:30-2:30 – Location: Tigard.
 
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years medical front office experience, scheduling patients, answering phones, collecting payments, validating insurance coverage, checking patients in and out, etc.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and medical office processes (family practice and internal medical clinical setting preferred)
  • Able to fluently read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Excellent written/verbal communications skills (grammar, spelling, sentence structure, etc)
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Competent, proficient with windows based EMR software, as well as Word and Excel
  • Able to accurately type 45 wpm and use 10-key
  • Accurate cash handling skills
  • Able to calmly and professionally handle emergency calls and difficult patients
  • Stable, verifiable work history
  • College or continuing education course work in customer relations, medical office administration, business, psychology - helpful
 
Competencies:
  • Sound judgment, good problem solving skills, quick learner, adaptable – thrives on change
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks with interruptions while maintaining focus and accuracy
