Our Family Practice clinic has been a part of the Beaverton community for the past 15 years.  With four diverse and experienced providers, choosing one that best suits your personal approach to healthcare is made easier.

It is our Pacific Medical Group's Mission to adopt the advancements of medical technology and science but at the same time to create a welcoming, safe and unhurried environment. An on-site lab and X-ray facility are available expediting your diagnosis and treatment. Our clinic also utilizes an Electronic Medical Record system allowing for quicker and more accurate interaction within the clinic and with other medical facilities involved in your care. Most insurance plans are accepted at Pacific Medical Group's Beaverton clinic and providers are affiliated with both Legacy Meridian Park and Providence St. Vincent Hospitals.

We are currently happy to welcome new patients who will be assisted with a New Patient Representative guiding their initiation to our practice.
