Noel Baier, PT opened our Physical Therapy clinic in Tigard in November 2005. She is a Pacific Northwesterner and received her Physical Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City in 1983.
Noel provides outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation services from post-surgical to return to work programs. She is a certified Lymphedema Therapist.

Sara Grafil, DPT joined our Physical Therapy clinic in Tigard in October 2006. She received her Physical Therapy degree from University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA in 2006.
Sara was born and raised in the Bay Area of California and is a recent transplant to the area. Since living in Portland, she has come to love the rain, the beauty, and the people.
Sara enjoys spending time with her family, loved ones, and her cat "Izzy". She likes to pass time listening to music, conversing with friends and enjoying the beautiful city that she now lives in.
