This Clinic has been serving our community since 1928. We have undergone many changes over the years, moving to our present location in 1976. For the convenience of our patients, we offer extended hours and same day appointments for your immediate care needs.
Currently we have nine experienced Board-certified providers, many of whom have been with the Clinic for more than 20 years. Our physicians are affiliated with both Legacy Meridian Park Hospital in Tualatin and Providence St. Vincent’s Medical Center.
Our goal is to provide quality health care for all family members, from newborns to seniors. We accept most Insurance, including Workers’ Compensation. In addition to all aspects of primary care, we offer:
- Preventive care for men, women and children, including vaccinations and gynecological care
- Department of Transportation physicals
- Sports physicals for students
- Chronic disease management for diagnoses such as hypertension (high blood pressure), diabetes, high cholesterol and thyroid conditions
- Treatment for work-related injuries as well as for injuries from motor vehicle accidents
- Minor dermatological surgeries
- Medical imaging including bone densitometry
- Echocardiography and carotid ultrasound studies
- Full laboratory services
We utilize an Electronic Medical Records system which allows quicker and more accurate interaction within the Clinic and with other medical facilities and providers involved in our patients’ care. Your lab results are available for you to view on-line and you can email questions to your Provider. You also can request appointments and prescription refills on-line. We can accept payments on your account on-line and you can email questions about your bill to our Business Office.
