The Canby Clinic opened in 1971 thanks to the vision of its community.  To build the clinic, dedicated volunteers formed a committee to sell $5 bonds to residents, which were eventually paid back.  Dr. Kadwell and Dr. Hughson joined in 1974 and 1984, respectively.  Dr. Zenoniani and Julie Serres, FNP are the newest providers having joined us in 2006.  These providers are able to meet most needs as your primary care provider.  Pacific Medical Group's Canby clinic serves patients of all ages and providers have staff privileges at Willamette Falls Hospital.
