Seeking an energetic, team oriented Patient Services Rep for our busy family practice. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 7:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Work schedule is Monday–Friday and rotating Saturdays. We offer competitive pay and a generous benefits package.

At least 1 year medical front office experience, scheduling patients, answering phones, collecting payments, validating insurance coverage, checking patients in and out
Prefer knowledge of medical terminology and medical offices processes
Able to fluently read, write, speak and understand English
Excellent written/verbal communications skills (grammar, spelling, sentence structure)
Impeccable customer service skills
Computer skills, Word and Electronic Medical Records experience
Able to accurately type 45 wpm and use 10-key
Accurate cash handling skills
Able to calmly and professionally handle emergency calls and difficult patients
