Noel Baier, PT opened our Physical Therapy clinic in Tigard in November 2005. She is a Pacific Northwesterner and received her Physical Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City in 1983.
Noel provides outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation services from post-surgical to return to work programs. She is a certified Lymphedema Therapist.

Sarah Terpin, DPT, joined our Tigard Physical Therapy clinic in March 2009. Although she grew up here in Oregon, she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in Chicago, IL in 2008.
Before joining the team at Pacific Medical Group, Sarah spent nearly 8 months taking part in a number of clinical internships, splitting her time between an inpatient facility for patients with developmental disabilities in Madison, WI, a hospital in Carson City, NV, and a large outpatient clinic in Worcester, MA.
Although she enjoyed each of these experiences she is excited to be back in Oregon, taking advantage of our beautiful outdoors and helping patients with a wide range of diagnoses return to pain free function.
