The Canby Clinic opened in 1971 thanks to the vision of its community.  To build the clinic, dedicated volunteers formed a committee to sell $5 bonds to residents, which were eventually paid back.  Dr. Kadwell and Dr. Hughson joined in 1974 and 1984, respectively.  Dr. Zenoniani joined us in 2006 and Dianne Blust, ANP joined us in 2009. These providers are able to meet most needs as your primary care provider. 

Our clinic utilizes an Electronic Medical Record system allowing for quicker and more accurate interaction within the clinic and with other medical facilities involved in your care.  Pacific Medical Group's Canby clinic serves patients of all ages and providers have staff privileges at Willamette Falls Hospital.
